 |  The Company has obtained through purchase and beneficial option agreement a new property, the "High Gold" property. The High Gold property was held based on the property's merits by a major mining company for the past 10 years. The Property has a documented variety of historical evidence that points to significant Molybdenum-Copper and Gold bearing porphyry related multi-metal occurrences that could, through exploration advancement, bring significant value to Argonaut Exploration Inc. The High Gold property is bordered to the east by North American Gem's Louise Lake Property, that hosts a high level porphyry-style Copper-Molybdenum-Gold system with a published Mineral Resource of 6,000,000 tonnes grading 0.369% copper equivalent and 141,000,000 tonnes grading 0.425% copper equivalent. The High Gold property is additionally bordered to the south west by Eastfield Resources and Canadian Gold Hunter's ZYMO Property which contains several mineralized copper-gold sulphide zones associated with porphyry systems. Drill results from the ZYMO property include 2008-2009 drill intersections that graded 0.72% copper and 0.54 g/t gold over 72 metres in drill hole ZY-08-09 and 78 metres of 0.41% copper and 0.26 g/t gold in hole ZY-09-16.
The High Gold property is favourably located 30 kilometres north northeast of the Company's 177 square kilometre Terrace properties. The High Gold property, as is the case for the Company's Terrace properties, is located within 20 kilometres of both highway and railroad access. Logging roads are commonly within a few kilometres of the Company's numerous mineral occurrences.
