David Jensen, P.Eng.
Position: CEO and President

David Jensen is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in British Columbia with a B.A.Sc. (Mech. Eng.) from the University of Waterloo, an M.B.A. (Logistics/Supply Chain Management) from the University of British Columbia, and an LL.B. (Corp./Commercial Law) from the University of Calgary. He also serves as President and Chairman of a private mining company advancing a former producing high-grade gold mine in south-central B.C. toward production.

Mr. Jensen served as President of Skyline Gold from July 2008 through January 2011. During this period he advanced the Bronson Slope deposit through a Preliminary Assessment technical report, a new N.I. 43-101 compliant resource estimate and a follow-on Preliminary Assessment that included the updated resource estimate. Mr. Jensen also structured and managed the exploration program for Skyline including the discovery of the Snip-1 high-grade gold zone, oversaw environmental reclamation work on the Johnny Mountain Mine, acquired the Bronson Airstrip from Barrick Gold Corp., as well as completing the acquisition of 12,000 Ha of strategic mineral tenures in the Iskut gold region. During his tenure he lowered Skyline's exploration drilling costs to $300 per meter from a previous low of $600 per meter for 1,500 meter helicopter fly-drill operations using fixed-wing air mobilization and demobilization to the Iskut River property in northern B.C. Prior to this he served as Vice President, Corporate Development of a TSX junior mining company.

 
Dale Hansen C.M.A.
Position: Chief Financial Officer and Director

Dale is a Certified Management Accountant (C.M.A.) with over 20 years experience in the bitumen mining and oil & gas industry. Dale has worked for a number of Canadian and International based Energy Resource companies including but not limited to; Suncor Energy, Shell Canada and Koch Exploration. Mr Hansen has a proven track record at all levels of management in the Resource Industry that will contribute strategically to Argonaut's future corporate planning.

 
Brad Bakuska
Position: Director

Bradley Charles Lloyd Bakuska, B.Sc. Geology., P. Geol, worked for several field seasons exploring for uranium in the mineral industry with Hudson Bay Oil and Gas. Mr. Bakuska has worked in the oil and gas industry for 26 years in Western Canada plus two additional years in Saudia Arabia. Brad has worked as a senior geologist for Home Oil Company Limited, Bonavista Petroleum and Mercury Energy. Since 1986, he has founded two successful private oil and gas companies; Amidon Creative Enterprises Ltd. and New Midland Petroleum Ltd. with productive wells in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta as well as The Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists.

 
Charles Chebry
Position: Director

Charles Chebry, B.Sc., C.M.A., is an independent business consultant and Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cedar Mountain Exploration Inc since 2006. He has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Kaminak Gold Corporation since April 2007, a mineral exploration company listed on the TSXV. Mr. Chebry was Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and a Director of Olympia Financial Group Inc. (TSXV:OLY), from March 1997 to December 2006 and remains a Director. He served as the Vice President-Finance, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Olympia Trust Company from April 1999 to December 2006 and remains a Director. Mr. Chebry also served as the Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Eyelogic Systems Inc. (TSXV:EYE.A), an automated eyesight testing company, from April 1998 to December 2006 and remains a Director. Mr. Chebry has been a Director of Committee Bay Resources Inc., (TSXV:CBR), since July 2002 and served as President and founder of its predecessor company Arta Enterprises Inc. from December 2000 to July 2002. Mr. Chebry has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta and is a Certified Management Accountant.

 
Craig Bentham, LLB
Position: Director

Mr. Bentham is a lawyer residing in Calgary, Alberta, practicing corporate, commercial and securities law. He has been a member of the Alberta Bar since 1992. His current and former positions include: Secretary of Cedar Mountain Exploration Inc. since 2007 (TXSV:CED), Director of Poynt Corporation (formerly Multiplied Media Corporation) (TSXV:PYN) (2006 - present), Director of North Country Gold Corp.(TSXV:NGC), (2010 to present) President and CEO of Z28 Capital Corp., a TSXV listed company (2004 - 2006), Director of Corporate Development for Pinnacle Private Capital Corporation, a Calgary, Alberta based venture capital firm (2003-2005); Director of Indicator Minerals Inc. (TSXV: IME), (2004 - present); Director of Committee Bay Resources Inc. (TSXV:CBR), (2002 to2010), Director of Lexoil Inc., a TSXV listed company, 2002 - 2003); President and Chief Executive Officer of Carvelle Capital Inc., a TSXV listed company (2001 - 2002).

 
David Blann
Position: Director

David Blann, P.Eng. received a Diploma in Mining Engineering Technology, BCIT in 1984 and a B.Sc. in Geological Engineering, Montana Tech, Butte, Montana, in 1987. Mr. Blann became registered as a Professional Engineer in 1990, and is a member of the Society of Economic Geologists. Mr. Blann has been a director or vice president of several junior mining companies and in 2004, founded Happy Creek Minerals Ltd., (TSX-V: HPY), and is currently President, CEO and Chairman of the Company. David has been engaged in precious and base metal exploration, development and production stage projects for over 23 years. Mr. Blann has worked mainly within Canada and the U.S.A., with experience in Mexico, Chile and Africa.

 
Ray Cook
Position: Director

Raymond A. Cook, Honours. B.Sc. Geology and Zoology (1973), M.Sc. Geology (1981); has worked continuously for 35 years within the Mineral plus Oil and Gas Industries since 1973. Mr. Cook has worked as a senior geologist for Home Oil Company Limited, as the Mine geologist for Terra Mines Ltd., and as an Exploration geologist for Union Carbide and Cominco Limited. Mr. Cook has worked underground for Eldorado Nuclear at Uranium City, Saskatchewan. Mr. Cook was Secretary Treasurer and Director of Alberta Stock Exchange listed, public trading company, Cedarmine Resources Inc., from 1985 to 1997. Mr. Cook is President of the private company Rhamco Resource Explorations and Consultants Inc. and has examined plus interpreted the field geology of numerous mineral deposits and in excess of 220 Oil and Gas wells throughout western Canada plus the Canadian offshore for many major Corporations. Mr. Cook is the founder of Argonaut Resources Inc. and the locator of the present company properties.

Position: Director

Tell R. Ballmer Stephen is a lawyer with a 38 year Calgary, Alberta based law practice. Mr. Stephen is a partner with the firm Stephen & Klym, Barristers & Solicitors. Mr. Stephen's law practice has included a wide range of experience including; corporate, financing, securities, general litigation, small business and real estate law. Mr. Stephen is a director and corporate secretary for New Midland Petroleum Ltd., a petroleum exploration company. Mr. Stephen has held positions with the National Lifeguard Service, the Royal Lifesaving Society (Alberta Branch) and has initiated and assisted in the organization of the community associations of Huntington Hills Community Association and the Bearspaw-Glendale Community Association.
