ARGONAUT EXPLORATION INC. (AGA -- TSXV) is presently exploring it's 100% owned "Terrace Properties" located in northwestern British Columbia, Canada. The properties include the Bornite Range and Fiddler Creek properties which combined encompass 177 square kilometres or 17,738 hectares of land area.

The "Terrace Properties" have exceptionally good infrastructure and are located approximately 20 kilometres northeast of the city of Terrace, British Columbia, adjacent to the Yellowhead Highway and the Canadian National Railway.

The claims contain 37 documented precious and base metal bearing showings that include or adjoin 5 small past producing historical mines. The regional geology of the Terrace area is composed of the Hazelton Triassic to Jurassic island --arc volcanic assemblage with associated intrusions of the Mesozoic Stikine terrane to the east and intrusions with metamorphic rocks of the Cenozoic Coast Plutonic Complex to the west. The Company's Bornite Range property contains the crosscutting Lower Jurassic Kleanza Pluton. The Pluton extends to the northeast from the western Coast Plutonic Complex and is co-magmatic with the Telkwa Formation, an andesite -- dacite subaqueous to subaerial volcanic succession. A number of small Cenozoic age felsic stockworks, dikes and sills intrude the older rocks within the property area . The spatial distribution of mineral occurrences strongly suggests that the Kleanza Pluton plays a key role in the structural location of the numerous metallic mineral deposits. The mineral deposits are commonly located in fault controlled quartz vein breccia zones that both crosscut and parallel bedding plane contacts. A proximal hydrothermal mineral assemblage coincides with each metallic mineral deposit.
